ជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ជនជាតិខ្មែរ មានភាពសាមញ្ញ ស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ និងភ្ជាប់យ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយគ្រួសារ សហគមន៍ និងវប្បធម៌ប្រពៃណី។ ទោះបីជាសង្គមកម្ពុជាកំពុងផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទៅតាមសម័យទំនើបក៏ដោយ ក៏របៀបរស់នៅរបស់មនុស្សជាច្រើននៅតែរក្សាទម្លាប់ និងតម្លៃប្រពៃណីខ្មែរដដែល។

Daily life in Cambodia is simple, peaceful, and closely connected to family, community, and traditional culture. Although Cambodian society continues to modernize, many people still preserve traditional Khmer values and ways of life.

Most people begin their day early in the morning. Some work in rice fields or farms, while others travel to the city for work. Students get ready for school and their daily studies. Popular breakfast foods include rice, soup, noodles, and num banh chok, which are common and familiar foods in Cambodian society.

Family plays an important role in everyday life for Khmer people. Many people live close to their relatives and often help one another. During free time, family members enjoy gathering together to eat, talk, and spend time with each other.

Temples and Buddhism also play important roles in Cambodian life. During festivals or important occasions, many people visit pagodas to make merit, offer food to monks, and pray for peace and happiness for their families.

Today, the lifestyle of Khmer people has changed greatly because of technology and social development. However, friendliness, respect for elders, and a strong sense of community remain important characteristics of Cambodian society.

Daily life in Cambodia not only reflects the way people live, but also represents Khmer culture, traditions, and identity that have been passed down from generation to generation.
